Tulip Fringed Elegance was released in 1974 It has primrose yellow flowers with an attractive fringe. Grows to a height of 60cm. A producer of large bulbs.
Fringed tulips have slightly incised (fringed) petals. They tend to have long lasting flowers and are mid to late flowering.
